Problem Some users have encountered a problem in which the Color Finesse user interface fails to load and the following message is displayed: Unable to load library c:\Program Files\Synthetic Aperture\Color Finesse\CFProcesssWin.dll Solution This problem can occur when Color Finessse system support files have been installed in the wrong place. The easiest way to correct this problem is to: Run the Color Finesse uninstaller (available from the Start menu). This will remove all Color Finesse-related registry entries. Run the Color Finesse installer again. Immediately after it asks for your name and organization, the installer asks you to choose a directory for the documentation and support files—accept the default. Do NOT select the plug-in directory. Later in the installation, the installer may ask you to choose a plug-in directory—at that point, you should select the proper plug-in folder for your application. Once the installer has completed, you should be able to run Color Finesse without error. Related Documents
